I plan on making ravioli eventually, but as we had a bug infestation and all my flour had to be thrown out, so I had to improvise.
So I used these to make chocolate bree hand-pies. They were amazing!
The ravioli set sliced right through the dough no problem, and gave the cute little ripples on the edge that I was hoping for. I'm sure they'd be great for scones, shortbread, and biscuits too!
