So I did.
They were awesome.
I actually made a whole bunch and put them in the fridge or freezer, and then I just zap them in the morning! Great breakfast for early mornings!
2 rolls of puff pastry sheet dough (much easier than using the triangles!)
12 pieces of swiss cheese
24 pieces of ham (or 12 pieces of bacon)
Step 1: Unroll the dough and cut into 6 even(-ish) squares.
Step 2: take one piece of ham and place it on the corner of the square of pastry.
Step 3: put a piece of cheese folded in half or cut in half in the middle of the ham.
Step 4: Roll the ham around the cheese, and use a second piece of ham to cover the open ends so the cheese can't leak out when you bake it! (this step is very important)
Step 5: put it on the corner of the dough, and roll it up!
